5 out of 5 starsWe hired Bay Area Bobcat to grind a large oak stump after Hurricane Milton destroyed one of our trees. John and crew were great with communication, punctual, and did a great job cleaning everything up. The stump grinder they use goes much deeper than what we've seen in the past from other companies. It is like a huge auger/drill bit vs the saw type grinders that make horizontal passes. While doing the work mentioned above, we learned that they also offer tree work. We had them out a second time to remove a 60ft tall water oak that was dying. Again, great with communications, punctual, and did a great job - you can't tell the tree was ever there. John sent his brother Jeff his brother by to look at out property (Jeff lives in neighborhood) to take pictures. John called soon after and made appointment to come by. John promptly came by gave me a quote and we made an appointment. John several times reached out to me to reaffirm the appointment that he would be there between 8-830. He showed up at 8:10. Jeff did exactly what we agreed on and more. Oh and by the way both brothers were very polite and raised with manners which you don't see the much anymore.
