We hired Bay Area Bobcat to grind a large oak stump after Hurricane Milton destroyed one of our trees. John and crew were great with communication, punctual, and did a great job cleaning everything up. The stump grinder they use goes much deeper than what we've seen in the past from other companies. It is like a huge auger/drill bit vs the saw type grinders that make horizontal passes. While doing the work mentioned above, we learned that they also offer tree work. We had them out a second time to remove a 60ft tall water oak that was dying. Again, great with communications, punctual, and did a great job - you can't tell the tree was ever there. My wife found Bay Area Bobcat on Facebook. She reached out to John and he quickly returned her call. John sent his brother Jeff his brother by to look at out property (Jeff lives in neighborhood) to take pictures. John called soon after and made appointment to come by. John promptly came by gave me a quote and we made an appointment. John several times reached out to me to reaffirm the appointment that he would be there between 8-830. He showed up at 8:10.
