Johnny at Bay Area Bobcats was great. He communicated well, before during & after the work was complete. He was also very efficient while on the job & very fairly priced. I will definitely recommend him to others for any similar work needed.

We hired Bay Area Bobcat to grind a large oak stump after Hurricane Milton destroyed one of our trees. John and crew were great with communication, punctual, and did a great job cleaning everything up. The stump grinder they use goes much deeper than what we've seen in the past from other companies. It is like a huge auger/drill bit vs the saw type grinders that make horizontal passes. While doing the work mentioned above, we learned that they also offer tree work. We had them out a second time to remove a 60ft tall water oak that was dying. Again, great with communications, punctual, and did a great job - you can't tell the tree was ever there. Prices were also very fair. Highly recommended.
I had a grand oak tree in front of my home that was just posing a risk. Bay Area Bobcat helped me through the permit process and gave me a fair price. It was a pleasure working with them. Their communication was fast and thorough.

My wife found Bay Area Bobcat on Facebook. She reached out to John and he quickly returned her call. John sent his brother Jeff his brother by to look at out property (Jeff lives in neighborhood) to take pictures. John called soon after and made appointment to come by. John promptly came by gave me a quote and we made an appointment. John several times reached out to me to reaffirm the appointment that he would be there between 8-830. He showed up at 8:10. Jeff did exactly what we agreed on and more. Oh and by the way both brothers were very polite and raised with manners which you don't see the much anymore. Will d o business with again!,,,
After getting the HOA nasty gram I had to get this stump removed. Johnny responded right away and was actually able to fit us in the SAME day! He did a great job and was very reasonable in pricing! I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.
